Use this thing especially if you have a desk job because it keeps your shoulders nicely back. If you do something else with bad posture maybe not ideal because for example sewing by hand is a bit uncomfortable like this. I use the armpit supports more to keep the straps in place at the front because under the armpit my arms can't go down properly and I look like I want to start a bar fight with such a wide stance. Stays in place nicely, not annoying under a sweater or something.
